Jeffrey Erlewine

Jeff is a Vice President at Aegis Acquisitions. He oversees the sale process from start to finish, including financial and operational data analysis for client or target companies, industry & buyer research, valuation support, and due diligence & documentation on buy-side and sell-side engagements. In addition, Jeff is intimately involved with ongoing client relationships and assists with the initial evaluation and structuring of transactions. Before Aegis, Jeff worked as an Operational Specialist at two Fortune 100 Companies in the oil & gas sector, providing oversight for operations, project planning & execution.
