About Us

We are a dedicated team of M&A professionals who share a passion for helping business owners navigate some of the most important transitions of their lives. Founded on principles of integrity, trust, and collaboration, we bring decades of experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Our History

Decades of M&A Experience

Aegis was born out of a recognized need for accessible, professional M&A advisory services for business owners in California's San Joaquin Valley. Historically, the only viable options were to seek assistance from firms based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or out of state. To fill the void, Aegis was formed and leveraged the extensive M&A experience of its founding members.

For nearly 30 years, Aegis has been dedicated to meeting the unique needs of business owners in virtually every industry, spanning across all lower 48 US states, Canada, and Mexico. Our mission has remained steadfast: to support and serve business owners as they prepare for and execute their business purchase
or sale transactions.
